These Terms of Service are offered by Colonnade Audit, a business operating under the laws of Delaware, USA. PAMS (Project Audit Management System) is the product. Primary contact: hello@colonnadeaudit.com. Domain: colonnadeaudit.com. Governing law: the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

1. Authorized Use & Eligibility

PAMS is a B2B project-controls diagnostic platform operated by Colonnade Audit for professional project managers, auditors, project controllers, and authorized corporate representatives working on Waterfall capital construction, MEP, infrastructure, healthcare, and government public works.

Users must register with a valid work email. Each user is strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any action executed under an authenticated session is attributed to that user.

2. Auditor Responsibility

Scores, findings, and recommendations are calculated deterministically from the 69 inputs entered by the designated Lead Auditor. The auditor certifies that responses and evidence notes reflect true site records to the best of their knowledge. PAMS does not independently inspect the site, verify engineering drawings, or certify financial accounts.

3. Ownership of Data & Licensing

• Customer Audit Data: The customer retains 100% ownership of entered project data, baseline figures, auditor notes, and generated reports.
• PAMS Intellectual Property: The scoring algorithms, locked 8-area weights, 24-item Findings Library, 32-item Recommendations Library, and user interface remain the exclusive intellectual property of Colonnade Audit.
• License: Colonnade Audit grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PAMS for internal project governance. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring engine or proprietary libraries.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying deterministic scoring engine or proprietary libraries.
• Input classified government defense data or sensitive personal identifying information into project evidence notes.
• Use the platform to intentionally generate fraudulent, manipulated, or misleading project compliance records.

5. Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Colonnade Audit nor PAMS assumes liability for project delays, cost overruns, safety incidents, contractual disputes, liquidated damages, or commercial losses arising from reliance on scores, findings, CAP items, or PDF reports. The platform is provided as a management diagnostic tool. Aggregate platform liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. The MVP is provided without charge; therefore recoverable damages are limited accordingly.

6. Completed Audit Integrity

Draft audits may be edited or deleted by the project owner. Once an audit is submitted and marked COMPLETED, answers, scores, and findings are locked to preserve historical audit integrity. A new audit cycle must be opened to record later progress.
