This Project Audit Report and all on-screen scores, findings, and recommendations are generated for internal project management diagnostic and governance purposes only. Outputs are calculated deterministically from data and evidence inputs provided by the designated Lead Auditor.

PAMS by Colonnade Audit is a management audit advisory and governance diagnostic tool. It does not substitute for licensed Professional Engineer (PE) structural, civil, or MEP sign-offs, statutory Health & Safety inspections, or formal financial audits.

What PAMS Does Not Replace

PAMS does not conduct independent physical site inspections, structural engineering verifications, or statutory financial audits. Reports do not replace, supersede, or constitute:

1. A formal statutory Health & Safety inspection or regulatory clearance.
2. A certified Structural, Civil, or MEP engineering validation or PE stamp.
3. Legal advice regarding contractual claims, disputes, or liquidated damages.
4. A formal financial or statutory accounting audit.

No Assumption of Project Risk

Neither Colonnade Audit nor PAMS assumes any liability for project delays, cost overruns, safety incidents, contractual disputes, or commercial losses arising from reliance on this report. Responsibility for site safety, engineering sufficiency, and commercial decisions remains with the licensed project team, contractor, and client.

HSE Scores Are Diagnostic Only

The five HSE override triggers cap the overall health score at 49% when a breach is reported. That cap is a governance signal for executive attention. It is not a regulatory stop-work notice, OSHA/HSE clearance, or engineering fitness-for-purpose certificate.
